1. Advantages 

 

(1) Sliding table saws with scoring blade apply to processing all kinds of density boards, shaving boards, wood-based panels, ABS panels, PVC panels, organic glass plates and solid wood and others with wood structure and similar hardness.

 

(2) Movable table guide track is plating chromium steel bars structure, exact and durable.

 

(3) With oxidation treatment, movable table surface is beautiful and hardwearing.

 

(4) Tilt angles of main and scoring saw blades are displayed directly by precision inclinometer.

2. Features

(1). Movable table guide track is chrome plated round stick or Plating chromium steel  balls structure with high rating accuracy, exact and durable. Guide track is optional.  

(2). With oxidation treatment, movable table surface is beautiful and hardwearing.

(3). The saw axis is equipped after two dynamic balances so it is much more life-saving.

(4). High precision and can reach 0.005mm. And the cutting surface is smoother without jagged

(5). The machine base is Gantry-milled, in order to improve the stability of the sliding table.

(6). Our special saw blade has 96 saw teeth. So it can cutting panel smoother.

(7). The electrical devices are sealed so it is durable and is not easy to damage.

In order to protect the worker, our machine adopts low voltage(24V) to control high voltage on the control panel.(pay attetion to the two rotary switches in next picture)
